My Inspiration

“Be courageous and write because you have something to say.”

Words from a very odd, eccentric English professor I once had. His words could not be any more clear or motivating. His request from his students was simple: “Write honestly, write because you have something to say, and write daily.” I suppose that his words inspired me, because in taking his class, I learned that I had something to say indeed – about everything. Politics, religion, relationships, friendships, pets… You name it! This blog is devoted to my professor’s crazy idea to inspire his students to be more than just zombies sitting in ENG 2012.

With that being said, this blog is devoted to finding my voice, in a world that tries so fervently to silence the truth.
